Full-Time Paydayz is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician/Welder to help maintain and repair equipment in a busy manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial machinery, welding, fabrication, and preventive maintenance. Job Duties Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production equipment. Perform MIG, stick, and general structural welding. Fabricate, modify, and repair metal parts and equipment. Maintain conveyors, motors, bearings, gearboxes, and other mechanical systems. Work with hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Complete preventive maintenance and equipment inspections. Diagnose mechanical problems and make repairs to reduce downtime. Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area. Assist with additional maintenance duties as needed. Requirements Previous industrial maintenance and welding experience required. Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to read measurements and basic equipment diagrams. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Ability to safely operate welding and fabrication equipment. Must be able to lift, bend, climb, stand, and work around industrial machinery. Must have reliable transportation. Must be willing to work overtime and weekends when needed. Steel-toe boots and basic hand tools may be required. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a physically demanding manufacturing environment. #PDOKC
