Troubleshoot mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, pumps, and rotating equipment. Carry out welding, fabrication, machinery installation, alignment, and repairs. Read blueprints and mechanical drawings. Support continuous improvement by reducing downtime and improving equipment reliability. What We're Looking For Oregon Industrial Journey Millwright Certification (Required) Experience maintaining industrial or heavy manufacturing equipment. Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills. Welding, fabrication, hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor experience. Safety-focused with the ability to work independently or within a team.
