Summary:
Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures facilitates the bulk loading, unloading, and distribution of cement. Responsibilities include the service, and maintenance of bulk handling and mobile equipment. What you'll be contributing: Dismantle, repair, reassemble, install, and align plant machinery and equipment as needed to improve function and maintain operation. Repair buildings as needed. Utilize cutting and welding equipment for fabrication and to implement repairs. Perform inspection and preventative maintenance of equipment and machinery to correct potential maintenance problems before they occur. Perform duties with verbal instructions and/or by reading and interpreting blueprints, manual, charts, and tables. Able to operate and maintain mobile equipment. Maintain proper records of the parts and materials used in maintenance jobs. Cleans up after each maintenance job is completed. Inspects tools for proper operation and stores them in the appropriate manner. Closes work orders in an accurate, timely manner. To succeed in this position, you will need: Two years of operating front end loader, forklift, cranes, track mobiles and vaccum truck is required. Two years in an idustrial marine environment, mechcanical maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment is preferred. What's next for you?
