Job Description

Local and Traveling MillwrightsKey Responsibilities:
Follow instructions from supervisors and/or crew foremen while maintaining all safety standardsPerform various physical duties assignedMove, secure, install, build, load and/or unload materials, tools and equipmentWelding and fabrication for repairs and install of plant equipment, chutes and crushersProperly repair and install mechanical parts for equipmentRead schematics and instruction manuals to make equipment repairs if neededStick Weld and use Oxy/Act torches safely and efficientlyUse hand tools and power tools safely and efficientlyClean/prepare job siteAssist skilled tradespeople in their dutiesProperly, efficiently and safely apply types of oils and greases according to specification of equipment/joblocal area 95% of the time. Normally home on the weekends.
Job Requirements Experienced Millwrights, Welders, Maintenance Techs:
Must be 18 or olderAbility to routinely climb stairs, ladders and/or platforms, bend and squatAbility to walk, stand or sit for prolonged periods of timeAbility to consistently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds throughout the shiftAble to work any shifts, including overtime, weekends and holidays required.

Ability to pass background and hair follicle drug & alcohol test.1-4 Years of experience as a Millwright or Industrial Mechanic.
Compensation:
$21-28 per hourAdditional per diem and hotel as required by job
