Caplugs, a leading manufacturer of plastic injection molded products, has an opening for a Maintenance Technician. Job Summary Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping equipment running? Are you looking to start or grow a career in industrial maintenance? We are hiring Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shift openings in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where the primary production equipment includes plastic injection molding machines and related support equipment. On-the-job training is provided, with offsite training available as needed. In this role, you will help reduce downtime, support production, and keep operations moving by performing preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, and documentation for production equipment, utilities, and facility needs. Responsibilities Maintain and repair production equipment, including plastic injection molding machines, support equipment, utilities, and facility systems. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and equipment-related issues to minimize downtime. Perform welding, fabrication, torch work, and related repair tasks as needed. Document work activity and complete repairs safely, professionally, and in accordance with company environmental and safety policies. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Industrial maintenance training, trade school, or related hands-on experience preferred. Manufacturing maintenance experience preferred, especially with mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical systems. Ability to read basic schematics and use basic computer skills. Injection molding experience a plus.

$23.87 - $28.20 per hour
