Build Your Career. Accuride is looking for skilled Millwrights to join our Maintenance team in Erie, PA. If you enjoy troubleshooting equipment, working with your hands, and taking ownership of repairs that keep a manufacturing facility running, we'd like to talk with you. As a Millwright, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide variety of mechanical equipment throughout our manufacturing operation. From conveyors and hydraulic systems to pumps, gearboxes, welding, fabrication, and precision alignments, you'll play a critical role in keeping production running safely and efficiently. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment and machinery Maintain conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, compressed air, hydraulic and pneumatic systems Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings Fabricate, weld, cut, and install components as needed Perform machinery alignments, rigging, and precision measurements Support facility improvements, equipment installations, and plant projects Work safely while supporting continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Millwright, Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Maintenance, or related experience Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience with welding, fabrication, hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission systems Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Why Accuride?
