Accuride's Erie facility specializes in aluminum wheel manufacturing , and we're looking for an experienced Millwrights / Industrial Machine Mechanics to join our maintenance team in a unionized manufacturing environment . This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting mechanical problems, repairing industrial machinery, and keeping production moving. What You'll Do Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs Replace bearings, seals, couplings, belts, chains and other machine components Troubleshoot basic hydraulic and pneumatic systems Work with gearboxes, power transmission and lubrication systems Support CNC/machine lines, forge, finishing, heat treat and robotic equipment Identify abnormal vibration, noise, heat, wear and leaks Safely complete repairs and return equipment to production Follow LOTO, PPE and plant safety requirements What We're Looking For 2+ years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience or equivalent training/experience Strong hands-on machine repair and mechanical troubleshooting skills Experience with bearings, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics and power transmission Preventive maintenance experience Strong safety mindset Ability to complete a mechanical written and hands-on skills assessment Why Accuride?
