Manufacturing Machine Maintenance Technician The Manufacturing Machine Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment to ensure efficient and safe operation in a manufacturing environment. This role combines mechanical maintenance and machining knowledge, with a focus on CNC machines, lathes, and hydraulic systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues Troubleshoot CNC machines, lathes, and related production equipment Support machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers as needed Reduce equipment downtime by responding quickly to breakdowns Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records Follow all safety procedures and workplace standards

Requirements:

Experience in machine maintenance, machining, or a related field Familiarity with CNC machines, lathes, and hydraulic systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Mechanical aptitude with basic electrical understanding preferred Ability to work independently in a production environment

Work Environment:

Manufacturing floor with active machinery Fast-paced, hands-on technical role

Compensation:
