Millwright a member of our Maintenance Department responsible for providing mechanical maintenance support for plant facilities and equipment. This will be a Day Shift position with flexibility to be called in for breakdowns/outages. Competitive wages based on experience. $1,000 SIGN

Duties/Responsibilities:

Installing, repairing and maintaining industrial buildings and machinery Reading/interpreting blueprints, drawings and sketches, Possibly fabricating parts and assemblies Welding, brazing and cutting, shielded metal arc, gas metal arc, oxy-fuel General plant maintenance Perform department duties as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

Basic math skills Attention to detail Basic problem solving and troubleshooting skills Must be able to work any shift No prior plant experience required - Company paid apprenticeship program available

Physical Requirements & Environmental Conditions:

Must be capable of lifting and handling 50 lbs. Will be exposed to seasonal temperature changes Manufacturing environment with heat, noise, dust, and vibration

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma or GED required Previous mechanical or construction experience a plus Welding skills a plus Previous millwright apprenticeship program a plus
