About the Role We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure maximum equipment uptime through proactive troubleshooting and precision repairs. You will play a vital role in optimizing production efficiency by maintaining complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using technical schematics and advanced diagnostic tools. Execute preventative maintenance and repairs on high-speed production machinery, including conveyors, fillers, and packaging equipment. Maintain industrial control systems and auxiliary plant equipment to ensure continuous operational flow. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of equipment failures and implement long-term technical solutions. Document all maintenance activities, parts usage, and work orders accurately to maintain comprehensive equipment history. Uphold rigorous safety standards, including proper machine operation and the correct use of personal protective equipment. Qualifications Required Skills Minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial maintenance or similar technical environment. Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics. Strong mechanical aptitude with experience using shop equipment such as mills, lathes, and precision measuring tools. Basic computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals. Must possess a personal set of basic tools. Preferred Skills 6+ years of experience in high-speed bottling, packaging, or plastics manufacturing. Advanced knowledge of VFDs, servo drives, PLC systems, and industrial communication protocols. Skilled in metal fabrication, including MIG, TIG, or stick welding. Experience with HVAC systems, chillers, and air compressors. Associate's degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related manufacturing field.
