Millwright:
Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial machinery in the concentrator, including crushers, mills, screen decks, compressors, pumps, and flotation systems. Perform preventative maintenance, including lubrication, gear/shaft alignments, and welding (Stick, TIG). Operate equipment such as forklifts, overhead cranes, pneumatic tools, and small mobile machinery. Repair and maintain large conveyors and critical mechanical systems. Prioritize and make decisions on repairs to keep operations running smoothly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Mentor and train other employees; fill in as a supervisor when needed.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in mill mechanical/maintenance or equivalent industrial repair experience. Willingness to work rotating shifts. Valid drivers license Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
