Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Millwright Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Spartanburg, SC. In this role, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. If you have a passion for mechanical systems and enjoy leading a team, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of millwrights and other rigging personnel. Plan and schedule millwright and rigging tasks on specific equipment installation projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all operations. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify issues and implement solutions. Train and mentor team members on best practices and safety protocols. Collaborate with other departments to support project installation goals and resolve technical challenges. Maintain accurate records of project activities and equipment performance. Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for millwright and rigging projects. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in a related field preferred. Proven experience as a millwright and rigger in a similar supervisory role. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery, millwright, and rigging practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs. #ST
