Job Description
We are seeking hard-working, responsible, and highly dependable candidates to join our elite crew of tarp installers. This job is physically challenging and very rewarding. A tarp install specialist climbs grain piles, sews tarp, and directs crew members to cover millions of bushels of grain per day during peak harvest season. The winter and spring months are spent working sugar beets and summer usually involves new construction and millwright work. The job is always changing and evolving and does require time away from home - an average of 80 nights per year. Tarp Installer specialists will earn $75,000 to $100,000 which includes $20,000+ in bonuses and overtime (including hours of drive time).
