You will provide millwright services to a variety of industrial clients. The successful candidate must have a knowledge of mathematics and mechanics as well as respect for safety best practices. Responsibilities SMAW welding and field fabrication skills. TIG, GMAW and FCAW a plus. Rigging and signal person read and interpret blue prints Industrial maintenance and repair Knowledge of drives, gear boxes, couplings and precision alignment Operate aerial and powered fork truck lifts. Perform predictive and planned maintenance on industrial equipment Emergency repairs Precision alignment Repair and replace parts/components Safety oriented Analytical and troubleshooting skills Skills Ability to use precision tools (e.g., calipers) to take accurate measurements Critical Thinking Ability to use a variety of hand tools Basic knowledge of mechanical machinery and parts Read diagrams, schematics and service manuals Operate rigging equipment Fit bearings, align gears and shafts attach motors and connect couplings, chains and belts Knowledge of the properties of metal and other material Certified rigging and signal person Planning and problem solving Able to obtain OSHA 30 Certification via in-house classes Safety focused
