$32.00 to $35.00 per hour We are actively searching for seasoned Industrial Millwrights to support project-based assignments located in Clarksville, TN. Our ideal candidate possesses a robust mechanical foundation and demonstrates proven expertise in the installation, upkeep, and restoration of various industrial machines and systems. Core Duties and Qualifications At least 5 years of professional Millwright experience is mandatory Execute the assembly, disassembly, installation, and relocation of industrial production machinery Ensure optimal performance by performing mechanical alignment and installation of pumps, motors, conveyors, gearboxes, and related hardware Analyze mechanical schematics, blueprints, and technical equipment specifications to guide installation efforts Execute precise leveling, alignment, and positioning of equipment to ensure operational accuracy Diagnose and resolve mechanical failures in industrial machinery Maintain equipment longevity by replacing worn shafts, bearings, chains, belts, sprockets, and couplings Operate a variety of power tools, hand tools, rigging gear, hoists, and precision measurement instruments Support the safe lifting, rigging, and placement of heavy industrial assets to improve site efficiency Collaborate effectively with electricians, pipe fitters, welders, and other tradespeople on complex projects Help maintain a secure working environment by strictly adhering to all site safety protocols and PPE guidelines Demonstrate reliability and a commitment to safety while operating within a high-speed industrial setting
