Manufacturing / Maintenance Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing team. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production equipment and facility systems to help keep operations running safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Perform preventative and routine maintenance on machinery and equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Diagnose equipment problems and make necessary repairs Respond to equipment breakdowns and minimize production downtime Assist with installation, setup, and modification of equipment Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed repairs Work closely with production personnel to identify and resolve equipment issues Perform other maintenance duties as assigned Qualifications Previous maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Basic electrical knowledge preferred Ability to use common hand and power tools Ability to read and follow equipment manuals, diagrams, and instructions Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional looking for a stable position with a growing manufacturing company.
