This position requires the ability to work safely with heat, hand tools, and production equipment while maintaining consistent quality and productivity. This position is for 3rd shift, Mon - Fri with some overtime. Full benefits are active on the 61st day of employment. The pay includes the shift premium.
Qualifications:
Previous brazing, soldering, welding, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required. Ability to read and follow written work instructions and basic production specifications. Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices. Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to recognize quality issues and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable attendance and punctuality are required. Willingness to learn brazing techniques and company procedures.Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Ability to frequently use hands and fingers to handle small parts and tools. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and move throughout the production area. Ability to lift and move materials and components as required by the position. Ability to safely work around heat, flames, hot metal, and production equipment. Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment.Job Type:
