Job Overview T.I. Glazing Solutions is seeking Commercial Glaziers and Glazier Helpers for ongoing commercial construction project in the area. Anticipated openings are expected within the next several days, depending on project schedules. We are looking for dependable individuals with experience in commercial glazing or a strong interest in learning the trade. Candidates may be considered for helper, glazier, crew lead, or foreman positions based on their verified experience and abilities. Responsibilities Install commercial glazing systems, including storefront, stick-built curtain wall, unitized curtain wall, glass entrances, doors, and related framing. Measure, handle, prepare, and install glass and aluminum components safely and accurately. Read and follow shop drawings, elevations, installation details, and project specifications. Assist with or perform field layout, anchoring, panel setting, glazing, and sealant installation. Install door hardware, pressure plates, face caps, perimeter metal, and related components when required. Perform glass replacement and field adjustments as needed. Operate hand tools, power tools, aerial lifts, and other jobsite equipment appropriate to the candidate's experience and certifications. Follow all company and project safety requirements. Maintain an organized work area and protect installed materials from damage. Coordinate with foremen, supervisors, and other trades to complete assigned work efficiently. Work overtime or occasional weekends when required by the project schedule. Qualifications Commercial glazing or related construction experience is preferred but not required for helper-level candidates. Experience with storefront, curtain wall, entrances, glass replacement, or architectural aluminum systems is highly desirable. Ability to read shop drawings and complete assigned work independently is preferred for experienced glazier positions. Ability to safely perform the physical duties of commercial glazing work, including working from ladders and lifts and handling construction materials, with or without reasonable accommodation. Dependable transportation and consistent attendance. OSHA, aerial lift, forklift, rigging, welding, or first aid certifications are a plus. Ability to understand and communicate jobsite and safety instructions in English or Spanish. Willingness to travel is a plus but is not required for every position. Schedule and Travel Schedules will vary by project and may include extended shifts, or occasional weekend work. Local and traveling opportunities may be available. Travel requirements, lodging, and per diem arrangements will be discussed before assignment.
