Job Description

Overview We are looking for a working Superintendent who has welding, fabrication, and industrial construction experience. You would be onsite full-time at a Cement Plant with the opportunity to help at other manufacturing environments. This role offers a chance to work for an established General Contractor, oversee skilled maintenance activities, and ensure adherence to strict safety standards. Your expertise in Mechanical/Millwright/etc. techniques will drive our success and ensure projects are completed efficiently and without lost-time injuries.
Responsibilities / Requirements
Proven construction site experience with an eagerness to be at work every day and learn. Reliability and always improving are important to us as a company. Skilled in multiple welding techniques but we mostly do stick onsite. Experience with pipe fitting, reading blueprints/plans, and ability to do all paperwork required per MSHA and company standards. Mechanical knowledge related to metal materials, fabrication, assembly processes, and manufacturing practices. Ability to operate welders, equipment, hand/power tools, and other equipment and tools safely and efficiently. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise crew members on busy jobsites or in our shop area. Commitment to safety protocol adherence with a focus on maintaining a safe working environment for everyone on our team. Please understand this is a "dirty, rough environment" where you must be physically able to climb stairs, walk long distances, and work in a hot or cold weather conditions. Pay:
$32.00 - $42.00 per hour Expected hours: 45.0 - 50.0 per week
