Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Floorhand / Skilled Tradesman! In this energetic role, you will be actively involved in supporting crews with day-to-day site operations, managing equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed on-site. Your hands-on skills will help keep operations running smoothly while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Perform general labor tasks on-site, including loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment Set up and break down work areas, tools, and equipment as directed Perform skilled trade work (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, etc.) according to experience and certifications Follow instructions from foremen and supervisors to support daily site operations Maintain a clean and organized work area Assist other trades and equipment operators as needed Follow all safety protocols including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and respiratory protection at all times Manage crew activities by coordinating tasks, maintaining communication, and ensuring adherence to OSHA standards Conduct routine inspections of equipment and work areas to identify potential hazards or maintenance needs Experience Proven outdoor work experience in construction, or related heavy industry environments Knowledge of safety protocols including OSHA regulations and proper PPE use in hazardous environments Experience managing or working within a crew setting on construction sites is preferred This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in the oil & gas industry while working outdoors in a physically active environment. Pay:
$20.00 per hour Expected hours: 84.0 per week
