Role:
As a Field Installer / Crew Leader in Training, you'll be an essential part of our production team, working hands-on to support the installation of foundation repair and waterproofing systems. This role involves learning the full scope of field operations, from preparing job sites and operating equipment to assisting with installations alongside your crew. You'll work closely with experienced team members who will guide you in understanding project requirements, safety procedures, and the quality standards DFX is known for. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in physical, outdoor work and takes pride in doing things the right way. You'll be part of a team that values communication, accountability, and craftsmanship. As you build your skills, you'll gradually take on more responsibility within the crew and contribute to delivering safe, accurate, and efficient results on every project.
What You'll Do:
Read and Interpret blueprints to determine install requirements. Collaborate with construction Team members to ensure accurate and timely completion of projects. Use heavy equipment such as forklifts and excavators to move and install products Install framing components according to specifications and building codes.
Requirements:
Excellent problem solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended period of time.
What We're Looking For:
We are looking for highly motivated and ambitious individuals to help us grow. We require NO experience and all training will be hands on and paid. Our employees make between $52,000 to $125,000 a year. This opportunity will allow you to fast track your career to becoming a foreman in as little as a few months.
