Interest in a non-routine role where duties and tasks can change from day to day. Strong desire to learn, work hard, and support lead technicians in the field. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a specific trade such as plumbing or pipefitting is a plus. Any safety-related certifications, such as OSHA training, are a plus. Technical training in construction, installation, or related fields is beneficial. Comfort using power tools in addition to hand tools is an advantage. Ability to obtain a valid driver's license within the first year of permanent employment, even though it is not required initially. Why Work Here? Employees receive access to comprehensive benefits starting on day one for full-time, permanent roles, including medical, dental, and vision coverage with meaningful company cost-sharing and a robust wellness program that can significantly reduce medical premiums for employees and spouses. The organization supports career growth and education with generous tuition assistance and a culture where people can build long-term careers, as demonstrated by leaders who have advanced from entry-level roles. Additional perks such as paid holidays and reimbursement for safety shoes or prescription safety glasses underscore a strong commitment to employee well-being, safety, and development. Work Environment The role is field-based and hands-on, with each workday starting at the shop where you meet the lead technician and ride together to the job site. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with typical workdays lasting 8-10 hours and the possibility of extending to 6:00 am to 6:00 pm during busy periods; Saturday work is uncommon.
