Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to install, maintain, and repair stationary industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. Our team depends on reliable technical expertise to ensure safe, efficient operations and continuous improvement in our maintenance processes.
Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, adjust, and repair industrial machinery and equipment using hand and power tools according to layout plans and technical documentation. Detect and address irregularities in machinery and equipment, operating machine tools to fabricate parts as needed for maintenance and overhauls. Maintain accurate maintenance records, participate in preventive maintenance programs, and ensure the completion of all required safety and regulatory checks. Adhere to workplace safety policies, maintain a clean and environmentally safe work area, and perform other related duties as assigned.
Required:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial machinery installation, maintenance, and repair. High School Diploma or GED, along with current Safety Council Certification and TWIC Card. Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, P&IDs, and work permits; basic computer skills in MS Word and Excel. Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record; ability to lift up to 50 lbs., manually transport up to 75 lbs., apply up to 100 foot lbs. of torque, and work at various heights and physically demanding conditions.
