Job Description

We're hiring Craftsmen with strong mechanical aptitude for our Fall outage season (October-December). Experience in pipefitting, boiler making, or ironworking is highly valued. You'll be working in power plants across the country, keeping critical systems running. We'll fly you out, put you up, cover your wheels, and hand you the tools. You just bring the skill and the work ethic. What you'll be doing: Drilling, grinding, bolting, measuring, supporting welders, installing insulation, and tackling the tough, hands-on work that keeps the lights on. This includes work at heights, in confined spaces, and around heavy industrial equipment. You won't be sitting behind a desk, you'll be sweating, building, and earning your paycheck like a pro. What we need from you:
At least 2 years in industrial construction Mechanical aptitude with the ability to read measurements, work from drawings, and operate hand/power tools Knowledge or experience in pipefitting, boiler making, or ironworking Comfortable working around insulation Able to pass a drug test Ready to travel, ready to work What we offer: $21/hr $30/day per diem $15/hr paid travel time Paid airfare + hotel (shared with one other crew member) Rental car covered Tools & PPE provided Our competitive wage offering and benefits package include a Safe Harbor matching 401k plan, Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, Basic Life & ADD, Voluntary Life and AD&D, & Voluntary LTDBenefits
