Position Overview We're looking for a Lead Installation Technician to oversee the installation of car wash equipment at new builds, remodels, and equipment upgrade projects across our growing portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, leading crews in the field, and solving problems in real time. You'll work closely with construction teams, vendors, and operations partners to ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. If you're experienced with mechanical and electrical systems, enjoy traveling to projects, and like seeing a site come to life, this is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role. What You'll Do Lead on-site installation of car wash equipment for new construction, remodels, and upgrades Supervise installation crews, contractors, and vendors on active job sites Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical plans to guide installations Perform and oversee mechanical and electrical installation work Ensure safety standards and regulatory requirements are followed on all projects Coordinate with Construction, Operations, and vendors to keep projects on schedule Conduct equipment testing, commissioning, and startup support Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve technical challenges in real time Maintain installation documentation and project records Support training and mentoring of junior technicians Experience 3-5 years of experience in equipment installation, construction, or industrial mechanical work Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills Experience reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple workstreams on job sites Welding, rigging, and material handling experience preferred Strong problem-solving ability and attention to safety Preferred Certifications OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (Construction)
