High-end, high-dollar commercial construction Position Overview Trade Management is partnering with a leading commercial construction contractor seeking experienced high-caliber Millwright Carpenters This is high-end, detailed finish work requiring experienced carpenters who understand architectural millwork, casework, plastic laminate, woodwork, and ornamental metalwork. The right candidate will be someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, can work from prints, plans ahead, and can perform detailed installations with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities Install architectural woodwork and high-end millwork Install plastic laminate and metal casework Install cabinetry, specialty casework, and related finish components Install fume hoods, DFH, and miscellaneous specialty items as required Perform detailed layout, measuring, cutting, fitting, and installation Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications Preplan installations, including tools, materials, and installation methods Determine the safest and most efficient installation techniques Ensure finished work is level, plumb, square, and installed to specification Protect finished surfaces and surrounding materials Coordinate with other trades and project supervision Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area Qualifications 3-5 years of finish carpentry experience preferred Experience with architectural millwork, casework, and plastic laminate High-end commercial finish experience strongly preferred Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop drawings Strong layout, measuring, and problem-solving skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Must provide personal hand tools appropriate for the trade Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Dependable transportation and reliable attendance Project Requirements OSHA 10 required E-Verify required Must pass a background check Must pass a 10-panel rapid drug screening Must meet all jobsite safety and onboarding requirements Safety Expectations Follow all company and project safety procedures Perform work using approved and safe installation methods Identify and report jobsite hazards Maintain a safe work environment for yourself and surrounding crews Exercise Stop Work Authority when unsafe conditions are identified Report injuries, incidents, and unsafe conditions immediately Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to: Lift and carry materials and tools weighing up to 50 pounds Climb and maintain balance on ladders and scaffolding Stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, and work in various positions Reach, handle, and manipulate tools and materials Work on their feet throughout the shift Safely operate hand and power tools Perform detailed visual work with or without corrective lenses What We're Looking For This is not a general rough carpenter position .
