Duties Install, align, and assemble machinery and equipment using schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues using diagnostic tools such as voltmeters, ammeters, ohmmeters, and multimeters. Repair or replace defective components including motors, belts, gears, sensors, and switches. Operate lifting devices such as scissor lifts safely for equipment installation or repair tasks. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols related to industrial maintenance activities. Qualifications Proven experience as a Millwright or industrial mechanic within a manufacturing facility environment. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including hydraulics, pneumatics, gears, belts, and bearings. Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers. Ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues efficiently using analysis skills and technical expertise. Ability to operate scissor lifts safely; OSHA certification is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with customer service orientation when interacting with internal teams or external vendors.
