Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain accumulators, grease units, and grease manifolds, pods. Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and pressure testing. Repair hydraulic pumps, valves, cylinders, hoses, fittings, and control systems. Assemble and install hydraulic components. Assist with fabrication and equipment assembly as needed. Maintain service records and ensure all equipment meets safety and quality standards. Keep the shop clean, organized, and operating safely.
Qualifications:
Experience repairing hydraulic equipment is preferred. Strong understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment efficiently. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. Ability to read hydraulic schematics is preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
