What You'll Be Doing Operate and monitor plant equipment to support safe and efficient production. Perform routine inspections, housekeeping, and preventative maintenance activities. Load, unload, and move materials using approved equipment and procedures. Follow safety policies and proactively identify and report workplace hazards. Assist plant operations and team members to meet production and quality goals. Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces while following established safety procedures. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, hard hat, hearing protection, gloves, and safety footwear. Ability to safely perform job duties in varying weather conditions and industrial environments with exposure to dust, vibration, and elevated noise levels. Work Environment Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
