• Maintenance Technician

• What You'll Do

• equipment + Maintain injection molding and blow molding machinery + Work with
• 480V, 3-phase, and 24V control systems
• + Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and hydraulic diagrams + Troubleshoot motors, starters, relays, contactors, and transformers + Support PLC troubleshooting (basic PLC knowledge required; programming not required) + Perform preventive and reactive maintenance to minimize downtime + Collaborate with team members to improve equipment reliability and performance
• Qualifications
• + 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience + Strong experience troubleshooting
• 480V and 3-phase electrical systems
• + Hydraulic troubleshooting and repair experience + Ability to read electrical and hydraulic prints + Experience with mechanical, pneumatic, and control systems + Basic PLC and ladder logic knowledge + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred
• + Injection molding or blow molding maintenance experience + Fanuc robot experience + Knowledge of motors, transformers, contactors, and industrial wiring + Leadership potential with interest in advancing into Lead or Supervisor roles

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $25.

00 - $35.00/hr.
