Pay starts at $25.00 an hour DOE Pay scales with experience and expertise. We are seeking skilled workers and are open to negotiation with the right candidates.

Duties:

• Fabricate and weld metal components according to blueprints and specifications
• Operate power tools, hand tools, and welding equipment to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts
• Duties performed both in shop and on site
• Make field decision, setting and troubleshooting various types of equipment such as screw conveyers, belt conveyers, structural components, etc.
• Operate minimal lifting equipment such as forklifts and cranes
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a fabricator/welder or similar role
• Proficient in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and stick welding
• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with using power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy materials
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
