Schedule:

12hr days, 7 days a week Skillforce is currently seeking experienced Millwright Welders for work Gordonsville, VA. This role requires hands-on mechanical experience along with basic stick welding capabilities. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair work Complete basic stick welding (SMAW) tasks as required Assist with equipment alignment, assembly, and disassembly Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Perform routine inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a mechanical millwright in an industrial setting Basic stick welding experience required Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools
