Job Description

Liner Technician At Exact Stormwater Management, your work matters. We're a founder-led, growing company focused on protecting our waters while building strong teams and clear growth paths. From erosion control to liner systems and green infrastructure, our work makes an impact across the Southeast—and we're looking for people who want to grow with us. The Liner Technician role is responsible for installation of geosynthetic lining, erosion control solutions such as Hydroturf and underground detention facilities. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a range of welding techniques, materials, and field detailing tasks. The responsibilities of this role include:
TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE LINER
WELDING and
TESTING EXPERIENCE.
Installing liners such as HDPE, LLDPE, and PVC Familiarity with other liners such as RPP, Hypalon, or XR-5 Prepare seams and weld liner using a fusion or extrusion welder Ability to set up and operate a wedge welder and successfully run trail welds
Detailing:
installing patches, boots and banding Maintain a safe and clean job site Promotes a positive work environment Overnight travel 90% including work over the weekends.
TRAVEL AND OUT OF TOWN WORK IS PART OF THE JOB.
You WILL be away for extended periods of time! Physical Requirements Work in all types of adverse weather and confined areas Must have sufficient physical stamina to perform construction type work such as lifting and carrying approximately 90 pounds, bending, stooping, climbing in and around construction equipment for 8-12 hour shifts Valid Driver's License Satisfactory criminal background check for job access Why EXACT Stormwater Management? $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
