We're looking for motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Geotechnical Polyurethane Technicians . If you enjoy hands-on work, traveling, and being part of a team that tackles challenging projects across the country, we'd love to hear from you. CDL Class A or B drivers are highly encouraged to apply! What You'll Do As a Geotechnical Polyurethane Technician, you'll work alongside an experienced crew to restore and stabilize concrete, roadways, foundations, and soil using specialized equipment and proven techniques.
Responsibilities include:
Operate, maintain, and care for construction equipment and machinery. Drill injection holes using Hilti rotary drills and related equipment. Prepare job sites by removing hazards and ensuring a safe work environment. Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment. Assist skilled technicians with polyurethane injection operations. Follow project plans and supervisor instructions. Perform general construction labor as needed. Backfill trenches and excavations when required. Complete daily equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site. Participate in on-the-job training and continue developing technical skills. Qualifications We're looking for dependable individuals who are ready to work hard and travel.
Requirements:
Must be willing and able to travel extensively. Valid driver's license required. Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or equivalent. Previous construction labor experience required. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions on both day and night shifts. Must be able to travel and stay out of town for up to three weeks at a time. Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded. Must successfully pass a background check, drug screen, and other pre-employment requirements.
CDL Applicants:
Class A or Class B CDL preferred. Minimum one year of over-the-road (OTR) driving experience required for CDL applicants. Pay & Benefits We believe in rewarding hard work with competitive pay and excellent benefits.
Starting pay:
$16-$23/hour , depending on experience
CDL A or B:
