Job DescriptionAre you a seasoned mechanical expert looking for a role where your experience is respected and your leadership potential is realized? We are seeking a high-caliber Maintenance Mechanic / Millwright to anchor our maintenance team. We arent just looking for someone to "fix things; we are looking for a technical leader who takes pride in a smooth-running plant, values a pristine shop, and enjoys sharing their expertise with the next generation of technicians.
The OpportunitySchedule:
Sunday Thursday | 7:30 AM 4:00 PM (Transitioning to MonFri as production scales).
Benefits:

2 weeks of paid vacation available after just 3 months of service.
Compensation:
Depending on experience. OT available.

Key ResponsibilitiesAs a member of the team, you will ensure the reliability of our facility through:
Precision Maintenance:
Diagnosis, repair, and optimization of critical plant assets including hammer mills, bucket elevators, gearboxes, augers, motors, sensors, baghouses, fans, wood grinders, and conveyor systems.
Heavy Equipment:
Act as the technician for our mobile equipment including haul trucks, loaders, and forklifts.
Fabrication:
Rebuilding and fabrication of airlocks, fans, elevator belts, and conveyor chains.
Asset Management:
Rigorous execution of the PM program; identifying wear trends and collaborating with the Maintenance Manager on scheduling, parts procurement, and capital projects.
Operational Leadership:
Serving as a mentor to junior staff, championing strict Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and housekeeping standards.
Candidate ProfileExperienced:
5+ years in Industrial Maintenance or Millwrighting. (Preferred)
Reliable:
A proven track record of punctuality and professional work history.
Safety-Minded:
A "safety-first" mindset where LOTO and proper PPE are second nature.
Communicator:
The ability to coordinate effectively with management and collaborate with a diverse production team.
Physical Resilience:
Comfortable working in a mill environment, including lifting, heights, and varied weather conditions.
