Responsibilities:
Candidates must be capable of working on high-value, complex machinery (multi-million-dollar equipment) and demonstrate real, practical experience—not just basic mechanical work. Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery Perform alignment, rigging, conveyor work, bearing replacement, and gearbox repair Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawing Complete welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs
Qualifications:
4+ years of millwright experience (equivalent to a union millwright apprenticeship) Strong mechanical aptitude, common sense, and problem-solving ability Ability to read schematics and perform alignment work (laser alignment can be trained) Willingness to learn specialized equipment like 9-axis machines, CNCs, and laser systems Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused Able to work in industrial environments and lift heavy materials Dependable transportation preferred The hourly rate for this position is $34 - $36/hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law.
