We're looking for experienced maintenance professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, thinking on their feet, and taking pride in fixing equipment the right way, not just the quickest way. If you've built your career maintaining equipment in food, dairy, beverage, or another manufacturing environment, we'd love to talk with you. What You'll Do No two days are exactly alike, and that's one of the best parts of the job. As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll help keep our operation running safely and efficiently by troubleshooting equipment, making repairs, and preventing unexpected downtime.
Your day could include:
Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Repairing and maintaining production equipment and facility systems. Replacing motors, pumps, bearings, conveyors, valves, gearboxes, and other production equipment. Working closely with Production to quickly diagnose and resolve equipment issues. Helping identify ways to improve equipment reliability and plant efficiency. Following all food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements. What We're Looking For This is a skilled maintenance position. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems and has experience maintaining industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.
What you bring:
High School Diploma or GED. Previous experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, Millwright, or similar skilled maintenance role. Experience troubleshooting mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, pumps, bearings, conveyors, and power transmission systems. Ability to read blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. It'd be even better if you have: Experience in food, dairy, beverage, or ingredient manufacturing. Industrial electrical troubleshooting experience. Experience working with PLC-controlled equipment. Welding and fabrication experience. Technical degree, apprenticeship, or skilled trades certification. Who Thrives in This Role?
