Industrial Maintenance Technician Our Industrial Maintenance Technicians are responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of business goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilites:

Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of production and processing equipment as well as utility related equipment, following all safety procedures

Support the installation of new equipment

Assist the machine operators with training or troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime

Ensure all repairs are documented in the CMMS

Foster teamwork consistent with our company and plant Mission, Vision, and Core Values

Maintain and repair buildings' plumbing, HVAC, air compressors, boilers, fire systems and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses

Adhere to and promote all safety policies and procedures including, but not limited to the proper handling of hazardous waste, lock out/tag out program and hearing and eye protection policies

Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management.

Required Education and Experience Work Experience:

3 years of Industrial Maintenance experience

Computer Skills:

PLC's, CMMS, Microsoft Office

Cross-functional skills: Ability to complete multiple job assignments including machine operation, fabrication, welding, read PLC logic.

Physical, Mental and Visual Skills:

Ability to lift 100 pounds, walk, stand, bend and twist, climb ladders, work from elevated positions, operate fork, scissor and boom lifts, ability to see up close, in color and adjust focus, read schematics and blueprints.

Physical Environment:

Fast-paced manufacturing environment, ability to tolerate a variable climatereferred
