Install commercial aluminum storefronts, glazing systems, and structural sealants according to design specifications. Execute precision installations of commercial steel doors, hardware, and specialized entry systems. Perform service and maintenance tasks including replacing failed or damaged insulating glass units. Repair and adjust worn or damaged door hardware to ensure optimal client facility security and functionality. Travel to regional commercial job sites while utilizing paid travel accommodations and per diem allowances. Maintain high safety standards using company-provided gear, fall protection, and lift equipment.Required Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum 1 year of proven hands-on experience in the commercial glass and glazing industry. Demonstrated ability to install and service storefronts, curtain walls, and commercial door assemblies. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to travel outside a 30-mile radius for project assignments (approximately 10% travel).Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years of related experience in commercial glass installation and service. Familiarity with OSHA standards, fall protection protocols, and aerial lift operations. Strong troubleshooting skills for commercial hardware and glass replacement.Compensation & Benefits:
