You thrive building heavy machinery from fabricated and machined components. You operate an overhead crane solo and can rig and load trucks with confidence. Blueprints and schematics are your roadmap—no guesswork. You're meticulous about quality, safety, and keeping an organized work area. What you'll do Assemble complex machinery—small to large—per prints and schematics. Rig, lift, move, and load with overhead cranes independently. Choose the right tools and equipment to hit production schedules. Conduct final inspections to ensure all quality criteria are met. Complete monthly safety training and follow safe work practices. Support internal stakeholders and external customers. Provide cross-coverage and backup within the assembly team. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation. Weld as needed (nice-to-have, not required). Champion BCT's Culture and Core Values each day. Must-haves Overhead crane experience (required). 3+ years in manufacturing or a comparable environment (required). Effective verbal and written communication. Detail orientation, thoroughness, problem-solving, and reliable follow-through.
