$52.75 per hour Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the near future. Key Responsibilities Build and bring up RF test setups using attenuators, splitters, SMA cables, and RF test equipment. Calibrate RF test setups using Vector Network Analyzers (VNA). Verify signal routing and test configurations prior to engineering use. Support engineering teams with test setup modifications and troubleshooting. Manage lab equipment, tools, and inventory to ensure organization and availability. Track, label, and organize hardware boards across multiple development projects. Maintain inventory records using Excel or similar lab management tools. Coordinate equipment servicing and calibration activities. Support documentation needs for audits and compliance tracking. Maintain lab safety standards and proper equipment handling procedures. Requirements Experience in lab operations and technical support environments. Hands-on experience building and supporting RF test setups. Experience calibrating RF environments using Vector Network Analyzers (VNA). Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills. Experience maintaining inventory and equipment records. Ability to troubleshoot technical setups and support engineering teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of laboratory safety procedures and equipment handling practices. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting Wireless SoC development environments. Experience working with RF hardware development teams. Familiarity with RF measurement methodologies and industry best practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced engineering environment. Experience supporting compliance, audit readiness, and equipment calibration programs.
