Position Summary SURVICE Engineering is currently seeking a Wireless Technician to support our Aberdeen Research Operation. You will accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community. Primary Duties and Responsibilities of Wireless Technician Working onsite at the Muscatatuck Training Center (MuTC), the Wireless Technician will: Support the installation, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of radio frequency (RF) and wireless communication systems in operational and training environments. Install, operate, and maintain radio equipment. Support wireless communications and RF operational activities. Perform signal planning and RF analysis to determine power requirements and equipment placement. Assist with system configuration, testing, and diagnostics. Troubleshoot RF and wireless communication issues. Support operational readiness, maintenance, and sustainment activities. Minimum Qualifications of Wireless Technician High School Diploma and 5+ years of relevant experience. Candidates are not required to possess all qualifications; is you possess some of the desired qualifications, please apply. Desired Experience Minimum of 5 years installing, operating, and maintaining various radio equipment ranging from HF to EHF. Demonstrated experience with signal planning and RF analysis to determine proper location and radio transmission power requirements. Demonstrated experience troubleshooting RF issues.
