Full Job Description Overview Join our dynamic team as a Technician/Filter, where you'll play a vital role in the production and development of microwave filters and subassemblies. This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires skill and experience. Duties and responsibilities Test and tune RF filters including chip & wire (lumped element) and cavity designs to meet customer specification requirements. Test and tune microwave subassemblies and components. Troubleshoot problems with filters and subassemblies as required. Follow process steps as defined on Operations travelers. Record final test data in accordance with applicable procedures. Operate and calibrate RF and electronic test equipment as required by product requirements. Adhere to Company operations, safety, ESD and quality procedure and practices. Assist the product development team by providing feedback for continuous improvement. Conduct business with professionalism and ethics. Knowledge, skills and abilities Proficient at operating test equipment including network analyzers, signal sources, power supplies and voltmeters. Knowledge and understanding of manual and automated testing. Ability to identify, document, communicate and resolve problems. Ability to use personal computer, spreadsheets, and word processing and to operate in a network environment. Ability to follow established processes, work independently and complete objectives with minimal supervision. Excellent eye-hand coordination and ability to work under a microscope. Basic knowledge of RF, communications and electronics theory. Basic knowledge of military screening, testing and Quality Assurance requirements Ability to work well in a team. Credentials and Experience Three years of relevant work history or equivalent related experience. A work history displaying a work ethic consistent with Company expectations.
Pay:
$20.00 – $26.00 per hour
