Job Description

Install, configure, and maintain two-way radio communication systems (VHF/UHF/700/800/900 MHz) Design, program, and optimize trunked and conventional radio systems (P25, DMR, NXDN) Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair RF communication systems and networked components Perform testing, tuning, and alignment of repeaters, duplexers, base stations, and antennas Install and terminate coaxial and network cabling , ensuring signal integrity and performance Configure and support dispatch consoles, E911 systems, and voice logging platforms Set up and operate RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, service monitors, signal generators) Maintain and support microwave/PTP links and communication infrastructure Ensure proper functioning of power systems, grounding, and backup systems Develop and update radio templates, CPS programming, and firmware upgrades Collaborate with customers and internal teams to manage service timelines and issue resolution Provide on-call support and emergency response for critical communication systems
