Responsibilities Plan and execute drive testing campaigns to collect RF data across designated geographic areas, ensuring coverage and performance standards are met. Utilize diagnostic tools and electronic testing equipment to measure signal strength, quality, and interference levels during field tests. Analyze test data using specialized software and scripting languages such as Python to identify network issues and performance bottlenecks. Conduct root cause analysis for RF-related problems, including signal degradation, equipment malfunction, or interference sources. Interpret electrical schematics, circuit boards, and electrical blueprints to troubleshoot hardware components within RF systems and related electronic equipment. Use CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, or SolidWorks for designing or modifying test setups and infrastructure layouts. Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of RF equipment and electronic systems to ensure optimal operation during testing phases.
