Job Description Insight Global is looking for RF/Manufacturing Technicians to join a leading semiconductor client in Richardson, TX. This individual will perform DC and RF testing from DC through mmWave frequencies, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of RF test systems in accordance with client standards. Support production by assembling test fixtures, monitoring process quality, analyzing test data, and collaborating with test, manufacturing, process, and equipment engineers to resolve issues and improve efficiency. Utilize manufacturing software tools to track performance, report progress, maintain safety and quality standards, train team members, and help meet production schedules through continuous improvement initiatives and overtime support as needed. • Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent amount of experience
• 2+ years of experience in RF component testing
• Proficient with test equipment including PXI systems, RF sources, pulse generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, noise figure analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multi-meters
• Knowledgeable in RF testing includes S-parameters, noise figure, power, pulsed power, high power RF, TOI
• Experience with concept and practices of Theory of Constraints, Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing
