Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Low Temp Refrigeration Technician to join our team in the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of commercial refrigeration/HVAC service experience , with a strong background servicing equipment in restaurants, food service, grocery, or similar commercial environments . Experience with walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, and other low-temp refrigeration equipment is highly preferred. Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems Service and repair walk-in coolers and freezers Troubleshoot and repair reach-in refrigerators and freezers Service and maintain commercial ice machines Diagnose refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, and control issues Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled service Troubleshoot compressors, condensers, evaporators, TXVs, controls, and related components Respond to service calls and accurately diagnose equipment issues Complete service documentation and communicate repairs with customers Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards Qualifications 4+ years of commercial refrigeration/HVAC service experience Strong low-temp refrigeration experience Hands-on experience with: Walk-in coolers Walk-in freezers Reach-in coolers/freezers Commercial ice machines Restaurant refrigeration equipment Restaurant or food-service refrigeration experience strongly preferred Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics EPA certification required/preferred Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and troubleshoot equipment in the field Compensation $35-$45+ per hour DOE Pay will be based on experience, technical knowledge, certifications, and overall skill level.
