Cruise N Comfort USA is a small, family-owned American manufacturing business looking for an experienced Refrigeration / A/C Technician with strong copper brazing skills to join our in-house production team. If you know air-conditioning and refrigeration systems, can produce clean, leak-free brazed joints, and are ready to get out of the Arizona heat, this might be the change you've been looking for. You bring the refrigeration experience. We'll provide the air conditioning. This is a full-time, year-round position in our air-conditioned manufacturing facility , not a field-service position. What You'll Be Doing Cut, bend, fit and braze copper refrigeration tubing Braze copper tubing, fittings and refrigeration components Assemble compressors, condensers, evaporators, filter-driers and other A/C components Properly nitrogen purge while brazing Pressure test and leak check completed refrigeration systems Evacuate systems and prepare them for refrigerant charging Follow drawings and production instructions Inspect your own work for quality and proper workmanship What We're Looking For Professional HVAC or refrigeration experience Strong copper refrigeration brazing skills Good understanding of A/C systems and the refrigeration cycle Experience with gauges, vacuum pumps, nitrogen and leak detection Good mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently Dependable and takes pride in doing the job correctly This is not an entry-level brazing position. We're looking for someone who already has hands-on refrigeration and brazing experience.
