Refrigeration Service Technician A growing commercial refrigeration construction/service company is looking for immediate hire, a full-time

REFRIGERATION SERVICE TECHNICIAN

. The ideal candidate will need to have at least 5 years of commercial refrigeration experience, be dependable, a team player, and have good attendance.

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial/industrial refrigeration work experience (EPA 608 certification required) Must be willing to travel and work occasional overtime/weekend hours. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Preferred training includes:

OSHA 10 card, scissor cert, reach lift cert, CPR & First aid.

Responsibilities:

Ability to perform service, installation, preventative maintenance on all types of refrigeration equipment. Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose and perform repairs Perform start up on equipment and machines Electrical troubleshooting AC repairs Recovery and reclaiming Drain repairs, change motors, clean coils Complete work orders and paperwork in a timely manner Ability to weld and pipe fit is a plus! Other miscellaneous tasks

Qualifications:

Certified in EPA 608 (Type 2 or Universal) Previous experience in commercial HVAC, refrigeration or other related fields Familiarity with refrigeration systems Strong verbal and written skills Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Electrical troubleshooting Strong customer relations skills
