Experience Proven experience as a service technician specializing in appliance repair, or refrigeration is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately. Hands-on experience with equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide junior technicians or coordinate team efforts effectively.
