In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of equipment and systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance and safety of appliances, refrigeration units, and other home appliances. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work hands-on in diverse settings, from construction sites to customer locations, while demonstrating leadership and technical proficiency. Duties Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of appliances, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment according to schematics and technical manuals. Diagnose issues using schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical knowledge to identify root causes efficiently. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency. Troubleshoot electrical, appliance problems on-site with precision and professionalism. Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during complex projects or installations in construction environments. Document all service activities thoroughly, including detailed reports on repairs performed and parts used. Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations during all service procedures. Experience Proven experience as a service technician specializing in appliance repair, or refrigeration is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately. Hands-on experience with equipment repair, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting techniques. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide junior technicians or coordinate team efforts effectively. Prior work in construction or industrial environments is a plus for understanding diverse job sites. Excellent problem-solving skills combined with a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
